Our Story

Founded in 2022 as Built Estates, we expanded our portfolio to short-term rentals after seeing the massive flood of domestic passengers at the commencement of COVID-19. We have partnered with Residential and Commercial Landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement. Guaranteed income for the property owner, no need to worry about renters defaulting on rent and no power to evict.

Ring videocameras are mounted at each unit's entry and are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We deploy Noise Detector devices inside each unit to notify our local on-site support personnel if noise levels surpass a specified dB level - no parties permitted. We put Smart Locks on each door, with a unique code created for each guest that is destroyed after they leave.

In-House Cleaning Staff

We recruit our whole cleaning personnel directly; we do not outsource our cleaning to another organisation. This allows us to maintain professional-level cleanliness after each stay while maintaining the greatest quality control over our cleaning standards. Because we realise how crucial cleaning is for 5-Star Reviews, our crew is taught to pay attention to the smallest of details.
